Legal Services
I have listed below separately services classed as reserved legal services that I will provide directly to clients and those reserved legal services that will be provided via a SRA-regulated firm of solicitors. Those services provide via a regulated firm have the additional protection of Professional Indemnity Insurance that meet the SRA’s minimum terms and conditions.
The following legal services (both reserved and non-reserved) will be provided by me directly:
- Children matters such as seeking Children Arrangement Orders for Contact, Residence, Prohibited Steps or Specific Issue.
- Family matters such as non-contentious divorce
- Domestic Violence matters such as seeking Non-Molestation Orders
- Housing matters such as resolving repairs or disputes;
- Landlord and Tenant issues such as dealing with eviction or rental arrears;
- Welfare Benefits
- Debt
- Administering an oath
- Certifying documents and verifying IDs
- Drafting Statutory Declaration and Affidavits
The following legal service will be provided via a SRA regulated firm:
- Assisting and advising on Immigration Law matters
